Is Easy Furniture Delivery owned by or a part of the store I am purchasing my furniture from?
We are a 3rd PARTY independent furniture delivery company. We are NOT owned by or a part of any store, or national retailer.
How much will my delivery cost?
Delivery rates start at $65 and UP. Each rate varies and MAY COST MORE based on the following: distance, location, number of pieces, number of stairs, number of floors, assembly, furniture removal, etc.
The store quoted me a price for my delivery. Will the price they quoted be my delivery fee?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to honor that rate. Stores and/or their employees are NOT authorized by our company to give out rates or quotes on our behalf. All rates or quotes must be provided by Easy Furniture Delivery to ensure that you receive accurate information. No exceptions!
When will my furniture be delivered to my home?
Most deliveries are made within 1 to 4 days from the time you schedule your delivery. Since we service a large number of stores and other national retailers, all deliveries are based on our company’s schedule and availability. During HIGH VOLUME periods, we operate on a 3 to 5 day delivery schedule such as; Tax Season, Major Holidays, and Big Sales Events.
Does the store schedule or setup a delivery time for my furniture?
Unfortunately, the store cannot schedule or setup a delivery date or time for any customer. All scheduling MUST be provided by Easy Furniture Delivery.
The store told me you can deliver my furniture the same day?
Same day delivery is based on our company’s time schedule and availability. Same day delivery is NOT available, during Tax Season, Major Holidays, or Big Sales Events. These are our very high volume periods.
Will Easy Furniture Delivery remove my old furniture during delivery?
We will remove your old furniture for a FEE. Rates start at $35 and UP for furniture removal, so call us for rates and quotes.
Do you offer furniture assembly?
Yes, we offer furniture assembly. Rates start at $40 and UP, based on furniture being assembled and assembly time. WE DO NOT MOUNT TV’s on WALLS or ON TV STANDS DUE TO INSURANCE.
Is Easy Furniture Delivery Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?
Yes, Easy Furniture Delivery is licensed, bonded, and insured. So you can rest assure that your delivery is in good hands!
What are Easy Furniture Delivery’s business hours?
Monday-Saturday from 9am to 7pm. We are always CLOSED on Sunday. We are also CLOSED on most Major Holidays, including the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Day after Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
What form of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit, or Debit as payment for delivery. Our company does not accept Checks.
