Q: Is Easy Furniture Delivery owned by or a part of the store I am purchasing my furniture from?
A: We are a 3rd PARTY independent furniture delivery company. We are not owned by, or a part of any store, or national retailer.
Q: How much will my delivery cost?
A: Delivery rates start at $65 for curbside delivery. Please Note: Each rate varies and may cost more based on the following: distance, location, number of pieces, number of stairs, number of floors, assembly, furniture removal, etc.
Q: The store quoted me a price for my delivery. Will the price they quoted be my delivery fee?
A: Unfortunately, we may not be able to honor that rate. Stores and/or their employees have not been authorized by our company to give out rates or quotes on our behalf. All rates or quotes must be provided by Easy Furniture Delivery to ensure that you receive accurate information. No exceptions!
Q: Who do I pay for my delivery and how do I pay?
A: If you are a Big Lots customer, you would pay Easy Furniture Delivery. Payment is taken by the delivery team at the completion or attempted completion of your delivery either by cash, credit or debit. Big Lots stores are not authorized to take delivery payments on our behalf, nor is our delivery fee included in your purchase. If you would prefer to pay for your delivery in advance, please contact customer support. For non-store and private move customers, payment is due at time of service and a deposit may be required.
Q: When will my furniture be delivered to my home?
A: Most deliveries are made within 1 to 4 days from the time you schedule your delivery. Since we service a large number of stores and other national retailers, all deliveries are based on our company’s schedule and availability. During HIGH VOLUME periods, we operate on a 3 to 5 day delivery schedule such as; Tax Season, Major Holidays, and Big Sales Events.
Q: Does the store schedule or setup a delivery time for my furniture?
A: Since we are a 3rd Party delivery company and not a part of any store we service. The store cannot schedule or setup a delivery date or time for any customer.
Q: The store told me you can deliver my furniture the same day?
A: Same day delivery is based on our company’s time schedule and availability. Same day delivery may not be available, during Tax Season, Major Holidays, or Big Sales Events. These are our very high volume periods.
Q: Will Easy Furniture Delivery remove my old furniture during delivery?
A: We will remove your old furniture for a FEE. Rates start at $35 for furniture removal, please call us for rates and quotes.
Q: Do you offer furniture assembly?
A: Yes, we offer furniture assembly. Rates start at $40 based on furniture being assembled. Please note: WE DO NOT MOUNT TV’s on WALLS or ON TV STANDS DUE to our INSURANCE.
Q: Is Easy Furniture Delivery Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?
A: Yes, Easy Furniture Delivery is licensed, bonded, and insured. So you can rest assure that your delivery is in good hands!
Q: What are Easy Furniture Delivery’s business hours?
A: Monday-Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Delivery hours are from 9am to 9pm. We are CLOSED on Sunday. We are also CLOSED on most Major Holidays, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Day after Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Credit, or Debit as payment for delivery. Our company does not accept checks.
